摘要

In this paper, theoretical study is made on a bifacial silicon solar cell under frequency modulation. After resolving the continuity equation, anexpression of minority carriers’ density is obtained and witch one permits us to deduce the photocurrent and photovoltage. The plots of thephotocurrent and the photovoltage versus frequency logarithmic following different angle of incidence values have allowed extracting thedynamic impedance of solar cell. To determine parameters such capacitance, we utilize the Nyquist diagram by plotting the imaginary versusreal part of the solar cell impedance. Thus, Bode diagram permits us to extract solar cell capacitance in different values angle incidenceillumination of front side.
