The necessity of formalized modeling for Web-based collaborative e-business negotiation systems is analyzed by referring to the negotiation activity process.Through the expansion of the classical Colored Petri Net with the connotation of collaborative negotiation activities, a suit of formalized dynamic modeling methods for WebCBN system based on our BN_CPN is put forward.
