A anticancer agents or nuclide therapy have their limited use in cancer therapy due to unwanted side effects or a radiation exposure in normal tissue rather than tumor itself. The unwanted side effects will be overcome by introducing the combination therapy with Thalidomide as other alternative modality to treat cancers.
