摘要

The economic growth in China is currently kept at a good channel. Then,what factors sustain the growth,when may the growth rate drop down and why and how to avoid? This paper studies this problem from Chinese education with the endogenous growth theory. It is concluded that lifting education scale in China increases the growth rate but education quality decline decreases the rate,and the compositive effect of education on economic growth is positive;the education scale need to be still developed moderately,but the primary education and vocational education need to be also developed to improve the education structure;excessive education scale and declining education quality will force economic growth rate drop down;the rise of education quality is always beneficial to increase growth rate and accordingly Chinese education policy should pay more attention to education quality.
机译：目前，中国的经济增长保持良好的渠道。那么，什么因素可以维持增长，什么时候增长率会下降，为什么以及如何避免呢？本文利用内生增长理论从汉语教育中研究了这一问题。结论是：提高中国的教育规模可以提高增长率，但教育质量的下降却可以降低增长率，教育对经济增长的综合作用是积极的;教育规模仍需要适度发展，但基础教育和职业教育仍需适度发展。还需要发展以改善教育结构;教育规模过大和教育质量下降将迫使经济增长率下降;教育质量的提高始终有利于增长率的提高，因此中国的教育政策应更加重视教育质量。
