摘要

Although there are many factors effect the housing price, the basic factor is the relationship of support and demand. The paper uses the data of China, adopting cointegration and error correction model, analysis the relationship between urban population change and housing price. It draws a conclusion that there is a inherent regulation between them. And we can conclude that during a development stage, urbanization and real estate will increase both.
