To increase quality of teaching incessantly, the most important mission of institute of higher learning is a lot more training for students' abilities. This article uses way of Value Engineering (VE) to evaluate quality of teaching, considered educational spending as charges, students' abilities ("School's products") as function, then quantify these indexes and do value analysis, we will show you a detailed material and viable evaluation approach to practice.
