摘要

The DCKJ ribbed cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor with cavity is a new type of floor system which is made up of ribbed cast-in-place beam and the DCKQ precast concrete hollow box and applied to large-span structures. It has many characteristics such as light weight, convenient construction, good stiffness and large strength. Based on the floor model test of 3 × 2 cavity components under the vertical uniformly distributed load, we researched synergy mechanism between ribbed cast-in-place beams and cavity components, and obtained the failure mechanism and mechanical properties of this model. And then with the finite element simulation of the model, we explored and analyzed the effects of the components to the stiffness of the model cavity theoretically, and analyzed the reasonable through a wide variety of computing the floor, such as the proposed beam method, look-up table method, the finite element method, and so on. Furthermore, we also made a simple reasonable design methodology. The results of theoretical computation were basically consistent with experimental results. In this paper, the results actually provide a reference for the design, research and applications of the floor system.
