The research results of key techniques of steel-concrete box beam in Beijing South Station Viaduct are summarized in this paper, which include design method of sections with varied-width in curved composite beams, analysis of mechanical behaviors of irregular crotch of composite beams in positive and negative moment zone, optimization design and ultimate bearing capacity analysis of steel coping, ultimate bearing capacity analysis of concrete filled steel tubular column foot, and analysis of additional influence of large-diameter piles settlement on subway tunnel. Several design advises are obtained, which can give reference for similar composite beams.
