Network virtual assets is a kind of network economic resources which can benefit erterprises. China's newly revised accounting standards system does not be provided for the accounting confirmation and measurement of network virtual assets. Network virtual assets is different from intangible assets. This article will define network virtual assets and discuss it's accouting confirmation , accouting measurement and accouting processing ,and this research will be an attempt for the new "network virtual assets accounting standards" to provide reference.
