In the network economy,e-commerce as the innovative commercial model and method,can promote the development of modern agriculture. The model selective strategies of developing e-commerce for Suzhou modern agriculture were proposed,based on the analysis of Suzhou modern agriculture development status. There should be great practical significances in increasing the modern agriculture industrialization level,promoting the agricultural products sales and information exchange,and the building the new countryside of Suzhou by adopting the combined model of B2B,B2C,C2C and G2B2C ecommerce.
