摘要

The interaction of naproxen and its lipoamino acidderivatives with biomembrane models, represented bymultilamellar vesicles and monolayers made ofdimyristoylphosphatidylcholine, was investigated.Differential scanning calorimetry and Langmuir-Blodgetttechniques were used. The results show that theinteraction of naproxen with the biomembrane models wasenhanced by the conjugation with lipoamino acids.
