The ground source heat pump has the advantage of energy conservation and environment protection. Radiant heating/ceiling is the advanced air conditioning method which has excellent thermal comfort. The theory and characteristics about the system of ground source heat pump combined with radiant heating/cooling is introduced. An air conditioning system about ground source heat pump combined with radiant heating/cooling of Xi-Jin-Du exhibit hall in Zhenjiang, China, is designed. Adopting software of TRNSY, thermal comfort of this air conditioning system is assessed and its energy consumption is analyzed. The result shows that ground source heat pump combined with radiant floor and ground source heat pump combined with radiant ceiling systems both have good thermal comfort during summer and winter, and radiant floor system needs smaller energy consumption than radiant ceiling system.
