Anew quality adjusting process for considerably increasing sinter strength and reducibility was presented in this paper. With adopting of this process, the sinter quality indexes could improved: tumbler strength increased by 4%-9%, reduction velocity increased by 12%, reduction degree increased by 6%, permeability at high temperature increased 20%, and the 10-25% mm grain percent increased 8%. As the difficultly reduce and easily crack glass were peeled off from the sinter grain surface, so the high-quality sinter charging to BF can really realized.
