摘要

Facing low quality ore resource, coal utilization is studied deeply not only by rational ore blending and coal mixing and burden structure based on improving BF beneficiated burden material, 1260°C blast temperature and 4% oxygen enrichment percentage and but also by microscopic analysis on unburnt coal sampled from tuyere and BF dust. PCI Rate at 2# BF on Qiangang reached 160-180kg/t for long term. And this is the first time for Shougang large BF to realize 180kg/t coal rate. Coal utilizations reached 98.99% while the coal rate continuously arrived at 180kg/t.
