摘要

China is a traditional agricultural country, so Chinese education issue should be also concerned with rural people. Compared with degree education, vocational training is more suitable to rural place. But how to design a peasant satisfied training plan is the problem which is not yet be solved. Here this paper just makes efforts in this issue. In this paper, the author comprehensive use SCCT theory and binary logistic regression, to find some significant factors which can affect their aspirations. Base on these finding, at the end of this paper, the author give some suggestions to the plan design of vocational training for peasant workers.
机译:中国是一个传统的农业大国,因此中国的教育问题也应与农村人民息息相关。与学位教育相比,职业培训更适合农村地区。但是如何设计一个农民满意的培训计划是尚未解决的问题。本文只是在这个问题上做出努力。在本文中,作者综合运用了SCCT理论和二元logistic回归分析,发现了一些可能影响其愿望的重要因素。基于这些发现,本文最后对农民工职业培训的方案设计提出了一些建议。
