In the inventory financing business, the bank makes the inventory supervision of the stock goods come true with the help of the logistics enterprises. This paper gives the profits models of the bank before and after the logistics enterprises' participation, which will further explain the profits of the bank can be added under the same financing rate and the same amount of loans. Moreover, the amount of loans and the profits of financing business can be enhanced by reducing the rate of financing and enhancing the Loan-to-value ratio.
