摘要

Obesity is the final consequence of a chronic positive energy balance in adipocytes,and it is a major risk factor for insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes mellitus,and many other lifestyle-related diseases.Adipose tissue can sense the energy status and signals other organs with adipokines.Insulin resistance is closely associated with inflammatory adipokines and oxidative stress in adipose tissue. However, regular exercise is effective intervention for insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus, Furthermore,regular exercise can decreased the expression of inflammation-related adipokines, such as TNF-α,Resistin;and increased the expression of some antioxidase,such as SOD,in adipose tissue.Therefore,we hypothesized that regular exercise improves insulin sensitivity caused by decreasing expression of inflammatory adipokines;the process may as result o reduction of oxidative stress on adipose tissue.
