摘要

Housing is a key issue in people's livelihood, which is also a hard-but-must-be-solved issue in the world. Our country has basically established a housing supply and security system under market economic conditions, but its effective supply, especially for the security housing supply could not meet the demand of the society. In particular, housing prices has increased too remarkably, there are strong voices about “housing price hiking and unaffordable housing” from all perspectives of the society, which has aroused the attention from the society and the central government. As such, this paper trying to dicuss the following problems: how to complete the housing supply mechanism, especially to cover the “sandwich class” which represents 60% of mid-class that could not afford a flat; how to deal with the overinvestment in housing market; what we can learn form the successful international experiences in housing supply, policy and regulation, and implementation.
