China's basic national conditions of land and the existing land system determines that the land policy on the real estate market have a significant impact. Each land policy adjustment would give rise to the adjustment of prices. At present, housing prices is so high that should, adopt appropriate land policies to stabilize the real estate market. In this paper, we based on the existing land policy and its proposal to adjust the measures to curb overheating in real estate development, housing prices rose too fast trend. The paper proposes some adjustments for the current land policy to curb overheating in real estate development and the trend of rapid rise in housing prices.
