摘要

At present, China has established the low-rent housing system for the main housing security system and the public rental housing system. However, the existing housing security system can not solve housing difficulties of the sandwich layer such as the floating population, new graduate students and other groups. This paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions of building public rental housing system according to the analysis of the present situation of protection of the rental housing system in China and the successful experiences abroad.
机译：目前，中国已经建立了以廉租房为主的住房保障体系和公共租赁住房体系。但是，现有的住房保障体系无法解决流动人口，新进研究生和其他群体等夹心阶层的住房困难。通过对我国出租房屋制度保护的现状和国外的成功经验的分析，提出建设公共出租房屋制度的对策建议。
