Based on data in annual reports of listed companies related to innovative enterprises in China, an econometric model is created to explain the operation about the board features on innovative inputs. The empirical studies have shown that President Stock Ownership Plans(PSOP) and scale of the board(SOB) have significant positive effects, executive director(ED) has a significant negative impact and the directors from large shareholders(DLS) has no significant influence on the investment in technological innovation.
