On the base of the status-quo in China's large-scale electricity generation group, this paper first selected Net worth per share, total Current assets as input indicators and ROE(weighted), Basic earnings per share as output indicators, evaluated the economies of scale of power enterprises in China using data envelopment analysis. Then each power enterprises' present economies of scale condition were prsented. At last, the paper analyzed the reason aiming at the calculated result and put faward some corresponding proposal.

机译：本文以中国大型发电集团的现状为基础，首先选择每股净资产，总流动资产作为输入指标，并以加权平均净资产收益率（ROE），基本每股收益作为产出指标，评估了数据包络分析的中国电力企业规模然后提出了各电力企业目前的规模经济状况。最后，针对计算结果进行了分析，提出了相应的建议。
