摘要

with the increase of education scope recent years, the qualities of higher education are challenged. The issue about higher education management becomes one of the hot topics in the new era. Based on the analysis of existed education management mode, Transmission-type Teaching Administration is suggested in this paper. It fully reflects the characteristics of students' self-management, self-communication and self-learning, also emphasizes the important role of high grade students in education system, stimulates the curiosity of students and improves theoretic knowledge level and practical abilities of students. According to the research, we discovered an effective pattern to make our students not be bookworm any more, the problem of teacher resources shortage is solved, the quality of education is enhanced and a complete set of transmission-type education system is formed.
机译：随着近年来教育范围的扩大，高等教育的质量受到挑战。高等教育管理问题已成为新时代的热门话题之一。在分析现有教学管理模式的基础上，提出了传输型教学管理。它充分体现了学生自我管理，自我沟通和自我学习的特点，强调了高年级学生在教育体系中的重要作用，激发了学生的好奇心，提高了学生的理论知识水平和实践能力。通过研究，我们发现了一种有效的模式，使学生不再成为书呆子，解决了教师资源短缺的问题，提高了教育质量，形成了一套完整的传播型教育体系。
