In this paper, the behavior of financial supervision is analyzed combined with the theory of financial risk management, and drawing on behavioral economics, experimental economics and institutional economics on the basis of the behavior of economic person assumptions. Meanwhile, some problems of the financial supervision are discussed from the perspective of Financial Risk Management.
