摘要

The main problem of spraying is the highly fragmented paint mist and volatile solvent ,which is not only harmful for environment and human health, but also form safety potential in the painting workshop and cause fire and explosion accidents. Therefore, the study of of harmful gases concentration field in the spray workshop is very useful for environmental optimizing, prevention of fire accident, emergency and evacuation management In this paper, we used the simulation software fluent as the tool to reasurch the diffusion regularity of harmful gas which produced in fan blade production process in spray chamber, and contrasted the different concentration field of harmful gases in spray chamber by changing the position of air outlets the number of them. Simulation results demonstrate that air outlets dispersed at the top corners in the workshop is better than them concentrated on the top of workshop for harmful gas distribution while the increase of air exhausts will contribute to diluting harmful gases in the workshop quickly.
