The legal character of buying share by the rural land contracting management rights is decided by the object which buys stock,either the real right transfer,or non- real right transfer. In our country,some law about the share buying by rural land contracted management rights is unreasonable. We should extend the range of share buying object,and definite the condition of share buying by rural land contracting management rights,especially stipulate the corporate instauration,share right transfer and insolvent contracted management rights disposal

机译：农村土地承包经营权购买股份的法律性质由购买股票的对象决定，是物权转让还是非物权转让。在我国，有关农村土地承包经营权购置的某些法律是不合理的。扩大购股对象范围，明确农村土地承包经营权的购置条件，特别规定公司法人设置，股权转让和无力偿还承包经营权的处置。
