Seismic signal multi-wavelet decomposition and reconstruction technique can decompose a seismic trace into several seismic wavelets with different shapes and frequencies. According to the oil and gas layer data from the known drilling,the wavelets associated with oil and gas layer changing are selected,and the not directly related ones are removed,then new seismic gather is synthetized The new set of synthetic seismic traces will be able to maximize the reflection of changes in reservoirs,which provides a more reliable basis for further analysis,processing and interpretation of oil and gas layer. In this paper,the wavelet transform algorithm is used to decompose the seismic signal into Morlet wavelet sets with different frequencies,and a single seismic wavelet or wavelet band with different frequencies is selected to reconstruct new seismic section. This method has acquired good effect
