摘要

The withdrawal mechanism of civil servants is an important part of the civil servant system. This paper analyzes and assesses civil servants' withdrawal mechanism literature that originates from the CNKI social science database from 2001 to 2009. The result shows that it has four characters: research quality is not high, the overall is at elementary stage; research lacks of continuity, showing structural unbalance; research funding is inadequate, lacking of the academic standardization; research technique is backward, the empirical study is deficient. On this basis, this article has carried on the summary and the reflection, in order to improve the research on the withdrawal mechanism of civil servants.
机译:公务员退出机制是公务员制度的重要组成部分。本文从CNKI社会科学数据库对2001年至2009年的公务员退出机制文献进行了分析和评价。研究缺乏连续性,表明结构不平衡;研究经费不足,缺乏学术标准化;研究技术落后,实证研究不足。在此基础上,本文进行了总结和反思,以完善对公务员退出机制的研究。
