摘要

The People's Congress System in China and Parliamentary System in Britain are suitable for national political system. Both can be regarded as a government organization form in modern civilized society. But, there are essential differences between them in many ways. The parliamentary was established in the United Kingdom in 1215. It has been nearly 800 years of history. But the National People's Congress in China was established in 1954, from then on, the people's congress system became the China's fundamental political system. Literature research method and comparative study method are used in this paper to describe these differences ami similarities between the two countries. The paper analyzes these differences and similarities resourcing to the specific political, economic and cultural background.
