摘要

With the ongoing of China's reform and opening up, Chinese new generation of migrant workers have become the main force of migrant workers and the major force in urban construction. Compared with the first generation of migrant workers, Chinese new generation of migrant workers are closer to the city, more eager to integrate into the city. Meanwhile, they more want to achieve the conversion from fanners to urban citizens. The public of Chinese new generation of migrant workers is an irreversible trend and an inevitable part of building a socialist harmonious society as well in realizing urban and rural development, promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. However, the citizenization of Chinese new generation of migrant workers is a complex process influenced by many factors.
