With the rapid development of new pattern of area economic cooperation of China, like RTA and so on, it is significant to research the change of high technology industry brought by RTA, especially in its regional agglomeration level. The agglomeration level of high technology industry can be reflected by its trade structure change. Based on endogenous treatment and differences-in-differences methods, this paper empirically estimates the trade structure effects of high technology industry in China brought by China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement. The results prove that inter-industry trade is accelerated, which means trade creation is greater the more different the integrating countries' relative factor endowments, and this agglomeration trend is beneficial to China because of its huge market and human resources.
