摘要

In view of the current hot-reform of restructuring and merging the existing railway bureaus into several larger regional integrative railway companies in Chinese railway industry, this paper discusses the interconnection and the key access right fees to interconnection among the hypothetic regional integrative railway companies, and models to analyze the relations between access right fees and social welfare using the correlative theories of extensive form of game and welfare economics. In the end, this paper draws some conclusions and gives some proposals for the controlled department.
