It is very important to select correctly the essential parts of high voltage power supply circuit for electric vehicle on safety, reliability, complete vehicle life and cost. We try to use two ways including testing derivation and calculation simulation to determine the working parameters for power circuit, meanwhile it is verified that two ways are effeciive under the various working conditions. The essential parts of power supply circuit are chosen correctly regard with its characteristics, life and cost in case of ensuring vehicle driving safety, driver safety and driving surroundings safety.
