摘要

Based on the different cooperation level between manufacturer and retailer, this paper makes an in-depth study on related economic indexes of the both sides by mathematical modeling. The results indicate that: the improvement of the relation between node enterprises in supply chain will increase not only the sales volume and the manufacturer's profit, but also the total channel profit, and improve the efficiency of the entire distribution channel. However, the improvement of the distribution channel brings a negative effect on the retailers, the retailers' profit continuously decrease.
