摘要

The overall development of urban and rural areas can not develop without financial support and the efficiency of financial resource allocation determines the process of the overall development of urban and rural areas. The financial exclusion still widely exists in Yantai rural areas, leading to imbalance in the distribution of urban and rural financial resources, and widening the gap between the rich and the poor. To speed up the process of urban and rural development, some measures must be taken to address the rural financial exclusion and the financial resources should be introduced into rural areas, so as to achieve a reasonable allocation of financial resources in rural and urban areas of Yantai.
