This paper firstly analyzed the performance evaluation index elements of law firm's knowledge management, then established a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the performance evaluation of law firm's knowledge management. Application examples indicated that this model overcome the defects of qualitative evaluation, whose subjectivity was too strong, and possessed good rationality and validity, thus it made a practical tool to evaluate law firm's knowledge management performance.
