摘要

Housing is a human life basic material conditions, it is not only the habitant roosting place, but also the most important places for the social and family life. In China's urbanization promoting large-scale development background, house prices rising greatly make the housing problems of low-income families from low-income families to evolution. At the same time, long-term humble abode in urban and rural areas of the edge of city population migration, also make housing problem becomes more serious.In recent years to alleviate the contradiction between housing high value and Low-income family's ability to pay low, the government has issued a series of housing security policies and measures. Economically affordable houses and low-rent policy have been the launch of the focus of the society. With the rapid development of economy and society, the socialist market economic system continuously build and real estate market continues to improve, and meanwhile, the two policies their shortcomings and advantages have gradually emerged.
