摘要

Online payment collaborative supervision is the key node realizing the collaboration of business flow,logistics,capital flow and finance taxation regulators in the process of paperless trading. However,the existing online payment model with their limitations cannot meet the needs of rapid and healthy development of paperless trading. This paper researched the theory and theoretical model of collaborative supervision of finance and taxation for online payment under paperless trading,namely the online payment industry chain model; on the basis of the analysis of Chinese bank payment and settlement system reform in the base level of the payment,it studied system structure and key technology of collaborative supervision of finance and taxation for online payment under paperless trading; it designed supervision functions for collaborative supervision of finance and taxation for online payment under paperless trading,realizing collaborative supervision of business flow management,logistics management,finance supervision,taxation supervision,quality supervision and other aspects of paperless trading as the link of online payment services; it achieved incentive mechanism of collaborative supervision functions of finance and taxation for online payment,and proposed effective finance and taxation supervision system for Chinese rapid and healthy development of paperless trading.
