摘要

In this study, we developed a scattering Back Reflector (BR) using TiO_2 nanoparticles(NPs)/SiO_2 composite. The SiO_2 binder was made from Perhydropolysilazane (PHPS), which changes into pure SiO_2 by heat treatment less than 450°C. The composite BR showed more than 90% of absolute reflectance at near infrared region. A liquid source SiO_2 passivation layer, which shows high passivation property in N-type wafers, was inserted between a substrate and the BR layer. Although heat treatment in BR deposit process degraded the effective lifetime, the composite BR using Al coated TiO_2 NPs maintained high effective lifetime.
