摘要

Financial management is the core of enterprise management,an important part of business management.We first analyze the problems of China's enterprise financial management due to the importance of financial management.(1) The conflict of interest among shareholders,managers and employees;(2) Corporate financial concepts are behind;(3) Ignore intellectual capital;(4) Internal control system is not perfect;(5)Risk management system is imperfect.Secondly,We analyze the changes of environment in financial management from external and internal environment; Finally,Propose some measures due to the changes of environment and the shortage of financial management:(1)Corporate financial management needs to strengthen the management of human resources; (2) Update the financial management concepts,to foster the globalization of financial management concepts; (3) Focus on intellectual capital,play the role of knowledge capital in value of the creation ; (4) Financial management of modern enterprises needs to strengthen risk management; (5)Establish a network of financial management systems
机译：财务管理是企业管理的核心，是业务管理的重要组成部分。首先，由于财务管理的重要性，分析了我国企业财务管理存在的问题。（1）股东，经理，员工之间的利益冲突;（2） ）公司财务概念落后;（3）忽略智力资本;（4）内部控制体系不完善;（5）风险管理体系不完善。最后，针对环境的变化和财务管理的不足提出了一些对策：（1）公司财务管理需要加强人力资源管理。 （2）更新财务管理理念，促进财务管理理念的全球化; （3）注重智力资本，发挥知识资本在创造价值中的作用; （4）现代企业财务管理需要加强风险管理; （5）建立财务管理系统网络
