摘要

In recent years, China's coastal resources environment is destroyed seriously. Lack of public resources protection concept is one of the reasons. International experience shows that arouse the civic participation in coastal zone resources protection action is an efficient way to solve the problem, while the research is insufficient in this respect in China. Based on the introduction of the actual problems of China's coastal resources and environment, draw the successful experiences from Australia to guide the public to participate in coastal zone resources protection, promote the ways and strategies of China's development of public participation in coastal zone resources conservation. From enhancement education to arouse public awareness of participation, the aim is to achieve multilateral cooperation division of government, non-government, enterprises, communities and individuals. To improve public participation in the coastal resources protection act will, in order to realize the sustainable utilization of the coastal resources.
