摘要

Management of Chinese university students is an important aspect of education. However, management methods on university students basically follow the mode in middle school, which is the direct management by teachers. The author thinks that the purpose of higher education is to help students set up independent spirit, self education, self management, self service consciousness and ability. Therefore, in modern management of the university students, new ideas for university students should be explored according to the university's own particularity, whose key subject is the campus students.
机译：中国大学生的管理是教育的重要方面。但是，大学生的管理方式基本上遵循初中阶段的模式，即教师直接管理。作者认为，高等教育的目的是帮助学生树立独立精神，自我教育，自我管理，自我服务意识和能力。因此，在大学生的现代化管理中，应根据大学自身的特殊性来探索大学生的新思路，其中的重点学科是校园学生。
