摘要

The decellularized ECM derived from porcine adipose tissue holds promise as a biomaterial for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Porcine adipose tissue was decellularized through designed protocol for the extraction of intact ECM and the removal of xenogeneic epitopes effectively, while ECM compositions were well preserved in the decellularized ECM. Decellularized ECM provided not only a highly suitable substrate for adhesion and proliferation of human cells in vitro, but also a biocompatible material for the tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
