The forged bars are produced by implementing various processes on TB2 titanium alloy, and their property variation is very large. It can be found from the experimental study of various process programs that the combined process can improve the structure of alloy. The process adopted the triaxial large deformation method to refine β crystal particles and improved the grain boundary state; then the heat treatment process improved the distribution of αp and αn on β matrix. The properties have been enhanced: Rm≥1370 Mpa.Rp0.2≥ 1300Mpa,A5%≥9%,Z%≥37%,and the mechanical properties meet the requirements on engineering application of materials.
