摘要

A new method for autocompensation of drifts of an angular rate sensor (ARS) of a continuous gyroscopic inclinometer (GI) by discrete controlled modulation rotations (DCMR) of the GI rotary frame is proposed. The results of the spectral analysis of the modulation rotation parameters for different methods of autocompensation are presented. The results of bench and field tests are discussed as well as suitability of the DCMR method for surveying in different types ofwellbores.
