Criterion approach for the Earth remote sensing satellite survivability provision is considered on all stages of the spacecraft life beginning from the designing phase up to the flight operation. Probability evaluation of acceptable level of target efficiency parameters decrease in contingency as well as conditions of the satellite survivability in daily control cycles is given. Concepts and principles of the Earth remote sensing satellite survivability control are substantiated.
