摘要

Business process is now an important infrastructure in the modern corporations. However, the operations in the process usually are different from each other. Each operation has its own role and importance in the business process. Therefore, the performance evaluation for the individuals in the process is not easily to be fair at the same basis. This article presents a method to do the operation assignment in the business process. The findings are helpful for the manager to put the right person on the right place such that the entire performance of the process is maximized. Examples are demonstrated for the explanation of the proposed method.
