There are complex correlations in mechanical system reliability. Taking the advantage of Copula in describing correlation, a Copula-based mechanical system reliability model is set forth. This paper illuminates the application of the model in mechanical system reliability prediction by taking the example of the suspension system of some type vehicle, and the result shows that the model can perfectly solve the mechanical system reliability prediction.
