An analytical strategy for colour vision deficiency to examine the degrees of deuteranomalous vision based on just-noticeable chromatic difference (JNCD) was developed. The developed computer software named Digital Colour Vision Test Plate (DCVTP) was used to perform colour vision test on well-calibrated colour monitor. The test accuracy of DCVTP will be compared with Farnsworth-Munsell Dichotomous D-15 Test and Heidelberger Multi Colour Anomaloscope.
