摘要

The results clearly show that there is a positive relation between individual learning style and a preference mainly to the transformational leadership style. Despite a higher popularity of transformational leadership, certain characteristic of transactional leadership was considered as important e.g. the standardization of business processes.The findings also point out that, in order to create a positive atmosphere and to stimulate motivation for learning in the workplace, leaders must apply leadership styles according to the needs of the employees. If they experience their preferred leadership style, the employees can exert their innovation potential.
